The Cottages
Located on the Eventide Homes main precinct is our cluster of safe and private independent living cottages set in lovely garden surrounds.
We have 36 one-bedroom cottages and one two-bedroom cottage for retirees looking to down-size.
Each cottage features a bathroom, kitchen, lounge and laundry. Some have carports and all have security doors. The cottages are unfurnished, allowing residents to add their all-important personal touch to their home.
A fortnightly rental applies to the cottages, which covers municipal rates, building insurance and internal and external cottage maintenance.
