The Plantation Village
For the discerning retiree, The Plantation Village offers villa-style accommodation in a secure, private and beautifully landscaped environment.
Situated adjacent to the Eventide Homes main precinct, The Plantation Village is a two-stage development. Stage one features nine villas, with scope to build a further seven upon demand. Stage two allows the construction of a further 13 units.
Residents can choose their two or two-and-a-half bedroom home off-the-plan, complete with bathroom, kitchen, lounge and laundry; reverse-cycle air-conditioning, central gas heating and a central vacuum system.
Each villa also features a lock-up garage with remote control entry and private outdoor areas including garden. Residents have the flexibility to select from a wide range of tasteful interior finishes such as furnishings and fittings.
Accommodation is based on a licence agreement and a weekly service/maintenance fee is charged. Residents are also responsible for paying municipal rates, household contents insurance and all utilities.
